RFP APPLICATIONS DUE 8/15! Art Installation at Lake Oswego Public Library

RtR Community,

We're just one week away from closing the RFP application for the art installation at the LO Public Library! Artists who have interest in/and or experience with social justice, art as a tool of social justice, community engagement, and/or local history are strongly encouraged to apply.

There was an information session held on 8/4 to that went over full details of the project scope. If you missed it, here is the recording:

Important Dates

July 15, 2025 — RFP launch

August 4, 2025 — Informational session via Zoom at 3:00 pm PST (Register Here)

August 15, 2025 — Proposals due

October 22, 2025 — Notifications sent

August-November 2025 — Panel review, artist selection, funds distributed

November 2025-January 2026 — Design Phase

February-July 2026 — Fabrication and Installation

August 2026 — Artwork complete, public unveiling
