Bruce Poinsette is a writer and community organizer whose work is primarily based in the Portland Metro Area.
A former reporter for the Skanner News Group, his writing has also appeared in the Oregonian, Street Roots, Oregon Humanities, and Eater PDX. Poinsette has also worked with various nonprofits and teaches writing through Literary Arts’ Writers in the Schools program. He has worked with Respond to Racism in various capacities since 2017 and is a Lake Oswego High School Class of 2007 alumni.
This meeting will be held at the Lake Oswego United Church of Christ, 1111 Country Club Rd, Lake Oswego and on Zoom. Please note the meeting starts at 6:00pm. The church will open at 5:30pm and the Zoom meeting will open at
5:45. The Zoom link will be emailed Monday morning to those who have registered.
