Respond to Racism is honoring trailblazer Gloria Brown through a scholarship program.  We have established a scholarship committee and set criteria for giving scholarships.  The next step is to collect funds!  Please dig into your pockets and donate.  When you go to our website you’ll see three donation buttons on the right hand side.  Click the Gloria Brown Scholarship button and give generously.  

Gloria was an important member of our community who did not shy away from challenges.  She met them head on!  Gloria was the first African American woman to achieve the rank of forest supervisor with the US Forest Service.  She received many awards for mediating conflicts between the government and environmentalists.  Please help us honor her legacy.
