Middle Housing Community Forum #1: The Middle Housing Code Advisory Committee (MHCAC) recently completed development of high-level policy guidance to the Planning Commission on middle housing implementation. MHCAC considered the implementation alternatives outlined in the Middle Housing Opportunities Report. Recommendations resulting from the MHCAC process will be presented through a website and at a virtual Community Forum Registration. Take advantage of these opportunities for public input on the MHCAC’s recommendations prior to the City developing the concepts into code language. Forum #2 is tentatively scheduled for February.
